The hotel offers incredibly spacious and comfortable rooms, whether you're in the lobby or just outside. The staff, however, lacks the necessary skills to handle simple requests, and language barriers may arise as only Spanish is spoken. On the bright side, there are convenient services available like laundry, airport shuttles, and tours that can enhance your stay.

The hotel provides large and comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms, although a disruption in the room occurred one night affecting our sleep. The location offers excellent access to the magnificent coffee national park, but communication may be a challenge due to a language barrier. The dining experience offers a variety of food prepared in front of guests with good quality, and the in-ground entertainment is enjoyable.
